1. All of the sites listed above (referred to "website" in the rest of this document) are an adult
entertainment internet Web Site owned and operated solely by Modelzone Inc. ,
providing access to a password protected section of the Web Site ("Member
Area") for a fee. By purchasing access to this password protected area of Web
Site ("Membership") via electronic payment methods, by FAX, or by sending
payment for Membership by standard mail, you ("Member") agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement will remain posted.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notification
to Member. This Agreement contains the entire contract between Member and Web
Site and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings. A
"month" is considered to be 30 calendar days within this Agreement.

2. Member agrees to pay for all fees incurred. All subscriptions are by default
automatically recurring and once charged or debited all subscription fees are
non-refundable. Web Site is not responsible for server down time. A $25 fee is
charged for all returned checks and online Charge Backs. This fee will be
charged to the same account within six months of signup date. If Modelzone Inc. does
not receive the original payment (for whatever reason), member is required
provide an alternate means of payment. If member fails to provide payment,
Modelzone Inc. reserves the right to refer debt to collections.

3. Member agrees to provide complete and accurate information to Web Site
including e-mail address, name, street address, and billing information. 
Member's paying by credit card that give their card's three or four digit CVV2
number may protect their privacy and omit their street address except for postal
code. Member agrees to be responsible for informing Web Site if e-mail address
on file is no longer valid or unreliable for contacting Member. Failure to
notify Web Site of such an invalid, unusable, over quota account or otherwise
unreliable e-mail address status releases Web Site from all liabilities
relating to use of Member's e-mail address, including failure to notify Member
of credit card charges or online check debits.

4. Member hereby warrants that he/she is at least 18 years of age or older, and
in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement. Member
also warrants that the transmission, viewing, or otherwise obtaining of
explicit sexual material is legal and allowed by local standards within the
area from which the user is accessing the Web Site. Accounts created with
false, misleading, or incomplete information may be terminated at any time at
the discretion of Web Site. Web Site will not release any personal information
collected from Member except to Member, persons listed as a signer on the
account with which payment is made, credit card and online check processors in
the course of authorization and in the event of a dispute, and when required by
law or court order. 

5. Membership is non-transferable. Member agrees to report any suspicious
account activity, including theft or loss of password. Unauthorized disclosure
or use of an ID or password is bounds for immediate cancellation, without notice
or refund. Member is liable for, and may be automatically billed for, any
excessive account activity, unless Web Site is notified of lost/disclosed
password immediately. Offline browsers and/or other programs that download web
content automatically without the user physically present at his computer are
not permitted as they may monopolize server resources and degrade performance
for other members. Member may not access Web Site from more than two internet
service providers (ISP's) and Member may not access Web Site through both at
the same time.

6. Any liability of Web Site, including without limitation those caused by
breach of contract, fault or omission, is limited to the subscription fee paid
by Member. No warranty is made by Web Site regarding information, services, or
products provided. Web Site does not guarantee that all content represented in
promotional area of Web Site will be available at all times within the Member
Area.

7. Member agrees that any electronic messages or correspondence sent to Web
Site, or posted to our service, become the property of Modelzone Inc. and may be
reprinted in any form. Member agrees not to post illegal material to our
service. Threatening, harassing, or rude e-mail or other such correspondence
delivered to Web Site may be grounds for immediate cancellation of Membership
without notice, and may be used as evidence for criminal or civil action
against Member. All material displayed by Web Site is owned and copyrighted by
Modelzone Inc. except where noted. Member agrees not to copy any part of the
Member Area, except for private, non-commercial use. Member may not
distribute contents in any way, in whole or part. Public use is prohibited.

8. Our system detected you using an offline browser or some other similar program to automatically download content from this members area. We do not allow or support such programs and you will be blocked for a period of time after a 1 gig amount is downloaded. Why do we do this: We ask that you only access the member area while physically at your computer browsing in the standard point-and-click method.  Offline browsers can and do put excessive load on our web server and can degrade performance for other paying members, often because offline browsers are programmed to monopolize server resources on purpose. After your membership has now been reactivated you may access using the same username and password as before. Please be aware that our system will suspend you automatically again if you use the same or similar program. At which time your account will be permanently suspend without refund. If you think our system is in error, please reply to this message and let us know the details.
