Return Policy: Sometimes videos become damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged product, please let us know at once and we will get a replacement copy out to you right away. We will happily replace damaged products with another of the same title within 15 days of order. However, we regret to say that as with other stores that sell videos, cassettes, CD's, software, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
